St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System in Savannah, GA seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure specialist to provide expert tier-3 support for enterprise infrastructure.

You will lead technical projects, assist in system design, and drive the adoption of new standards and technologies. Responsibilities include analyzing, testing, securing, operating, and decommissioning enterprise hardware and software, and serving as a senior resource for consultation across sites.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• 3 years with physical and virtual servers.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Server family and Windows 10/11.
• Experience with storage technologies (Pure, Dell, HPE, NetApp or comparable).
• Strong AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, ADFS understanding.
• Experience with security tech (CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, ZScaler, etc.).
• Vast knowledge of end-user computing environments (VMware Horizon, Citrix).
• Familiarity with enterprise backup (Rubrik, Cohesity, Bridgehead, Commvault).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tier 3 support for enterprise IT infrastructure and related systems.
• Act as senior resource and technical lead in IS projects.
• Assist in design of new systems, standards, and technology integration.
• Represent IS in meetings on projects, issues, and initiatives.
• Analyze, install, test, secure, operate, and decommission enterprise hardware/software.
• Maintain open communications with practitioner sites for consultation.
