Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Information Systems required.
• 3–5 years of health systems experience with implementing/maintaining applications required.
• Formal training in information systems, desktop applications, databases, and programming languages preferred.
• Successful completion of training on Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and assigned software applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support in use of application software to customers including problem resolution, testing, and staff training.
• Leads projects in information systems life cycle including go-live and upgrade activities.
• Serves as liaison between SJ/C users and computer system vendors, coordinating change control and documentation.
• Researches user needs and translates them into system/process improvements; supports cross-functional teams.
