Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, and maintains IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Triages and resolves network/system issues with urgency and customer focus.
• Performs backups, patching, security updates, and license compliance.
• Documents changes and participates in change management and projects.
• Communicates with IS management and project teams; supports after-hours work.
