Job summary

AEG Global Technology is seeking a Manager, Network Infrastructure to deploy, support, and secure network services across US venues and enterprise environments. The role requires leadership of US-based engineers, on-call rotation, and travel across venues.

The team ensures firewalls, routing, switching, wireless platforms, and related processes meet standards and governance while delivering resilient network operations for events and enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in a network infrastructure leadership role with large-scale, multi-site environments.
• Experience with venue, event, corporate, or highly available opérations is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop network engineers and manage workloads across projects.
• Strong relationships with venue tech teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Understanding of architecture, security, monitoring, and change control standards.

Responsibilities

• Line manage US-based network engineers and contractors, providing leadership and performance support.
• Provide escalation support for critical network incidents, including out-of-hours responses.
• Ensure network infrastructure is managed, patched, monitored, and secured with governance.
• Plan, budget and prioritise network projects with stakeholders and executives.
• Project manage network initiatives from requirements through handover and documentation.
• Design scalable, secure network solutions aligned with Global Technology standards.
• Maintain design docs, runbooks, and change records for all services.
• Provide input for venue tech, security, cloud and development initiatives.
