You will act as the principal technical authority for network design, security, Meraki deployments, and cloud integration with AWS/Azure, while managing vendor relationships and advising senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise network architecture experience
• Experience designing and overseeing multi-site or distributed network environments
• Network security experience — segmentation, access control, policy enforcement
• Hands-on experience with Meraki networking solutions
• Experience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Vendor management experience — ability to evaluate, challenge, and hold vendors accountable
• Strong executive communication skills — ability to advise senior leadership on complex technical topics

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise network architecture strategy for all facilities statewide.
• Develop network roadmaps and ensure infrastructure initiatives align with long-term business objectives.
• Design and standardize network, wireless, and security architectures across existing and new facilities.
• Lead architectural planning for major infrastructure projects.
• Evaluate current network environments and recommend upgrades, enhancements, or replacement strategies.
