Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads maintenance and upgrade of networks including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and remote access.
• Monitors network connectivity and ensures high-quality data transmission for LAN/MAN/WAN and cloud networks.
• Acts as liaison with vendors and third-party providers.
• Leads network design for public/private networks including devices and management systems.
• Collaborates with network engineers and vendors on installations.
• Leads capacity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Provides regular status, incident, and change reports.
• May supervise four or fewer employees and mentors team members.
