The role requires strong project management, security-focused thinking, and hands-on expertise with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience designing, configuring, deploying network systems.
• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/Cloud environments.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within budget.
• Documentation and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain network solutions across virtual, private, and public cloud.
• Ensure network infrastructure is robust and secure.
• Communicate needs, monitor performance, diagnose issues.
• Provide project management for upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Create and maintain environment documentation.
• Create reports detailing findings and solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and plan enhancements.
• Interview, hire, and train staff; manage performance.
