Job summary

Google's Network Engineering team in the United States is seeking a leader to own outcomes for our global network, spanning data centers and enterprise connectivity. You will influence architecture, drive reliability at scale, and coordinate with product teams to deliver end-to-end network solutions.

The role requires deep experience with routing protocols, design, and building teams, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects across organizations.

Qualifications

• Provide technical leadership to improve the life-cycle of Google's Office and Data Center Enterprise networks from inception and design, to qualification and validation through deployment, operation, and optimization.
• Identify broad problems proactively and translate these into projects and work for your teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure development of end-to-end network solutions for Alphabet.
• Grow and retain a diverse set of talent, providing technical direction and career guidance and manage other managers.
