Job summary

M.C. Dean, a leading engineering and cybersecurity firm, seeks a Network Engineer 5 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) team supporting the US Air Force Education and Training Center.

You will survey sites, install and maintain network services, design solutions, and lead testing and commissioning efforts while coordinating with field engineers and project managers. This position requires active SECRET clearance, a BS in engineering/CS/IT and 10+ years of progressive experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years progressive engineering experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with ITIL concepts and cybersecurity.
• Ability to design and implement enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Survey reports measurement results to senior staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain network services and devices.
• Develop network designs for SLA classifications.
• Prepare design documents and QA/QC reviews.
• Lead testing, commissioning procedures, and test reports.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to satisfy project goals.
