Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline and 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Active DoD SECRET Clearance is REQUIRED.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and security implications for network solutions.
• Ability to design an organization's network infrastructure and services.
• Experience with network startup, configuration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Survey reports measurement results in actionable form for senior personnel.
• Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
• Develop network designs for SLA classifications and prepare design documents.
• Troubleshoot and debugging complex network problems; provide operational improvements.
• Prepare QA/QC, test plans, and commissioning procedures; perform system integration testing.
• Document procedures and troubleshooting steps; support 24/7 on-call schedule.
