Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 7+ years of progressive experience.

Responsibilities

• Survey reports measurement results in actionable form to senior personnel.
• Conduct surveys, inspections, tours of client sites as required.
• Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
• Develop network designs for SLA classifications and prepare design documents.
• Prepare QA/QC and technical reviews of designs; create testing plans and commission procedures.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex network problems; perform preventative maintenance and security updates.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call support and respond to incidents.
• Document procedures and assist in project/task deadlines.
