Job summary

NPAworld is seeking a Network Engineer III to support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure in Colorado Springs. This role involves ensuring reliable connectivity across LAN/WAN environments and collaborating with senior engineers.

The ideal candidate will have strong networking fundamentals, a CCNA or JNCIA certification, and experience with multi-vendor environments including Cisco and Juniper. Skills in network traffic analysis and troubleshooting are essential.

Qualifications

• CCNA or JNCIA certification required within 30 days of start.
• Hands-on experience with network design and testing methodologies.
• Experience with multi-vendor routing and switching.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and availability.

Skills

CCNA or JNCIA certification

Hands-on experience with network design

Understanding of OSI Model and TCP/IP

Experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)

Network traffic analysis

Firewall experience (Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto)

Experience with VLANs and GRE tunnels

Strong communication skills
