Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support SITEC-3 EOM at MacDill AFB, Florida. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise network solutions to ensure availability, performance, and security for mission-critical applications, collaborating with government, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a DoW TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570 IAT II certification, with CCNP or equivalent certifications highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold DoW TS/SCI clearance.
• DOD 8570 IAT II certification required.
• CCNP certifications or equivalent are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and lead enterprise data, voice and video networks.
• Collaborate with government, vendors, and technical staff on network implementation, optimization and ongoing management.
• Providing high-level support and technical expertise in networking technology, including LAN/WAN hardware, switches and routers.
• Lead technical teams that integrate new technology into the existing operational environment.
• Establish baselines to measure network performance and capability across a global enterprise.
• Advise senior government staff on industry best practices and provide policy recommendations to implement those practices.
