Job summary

Capitalsolutionsgroup is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support DES network infrastructure and modernization efforts. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and sustaining LAN/WAN services across unclassified, secret, and top-secret domains, with emphasis on performance and security.

You will lead network design, implement solutions, and collaborate with DoD/IC partners to meet mission requirements, while providing guidance to junior engineers and ensuring ISO/DoD compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Full compliance with DoD/IC security requirements.
• Senior network engineer with extensive design, implementation and sustainment experience.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into telecom and network architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain diverse network devices and architectures.
• Configure for front-end/back-end integration and secure connectivity.
• Lead large projects with complex requirements and scale.
• Analyze networks, performance data, and apply optimization measures.
• Support and document network diagrams and accreditations.
