MAXISIQ, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with TS/SCI Full Scope Poly to design and implement LAN/WAN networks and deliver secure network solutions for government missions.

The role is full-time and located near Reston, VA, with opportunities to present technical designs to government personnel. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in routing, encryption, VPN, and modern network architectures, along with excellent communication and briefing skills.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with FSP (Full Scope Poly) required to start.
• Must have knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching.
• Must have knowledge of remote administration and secure VPN.
• Must understand encryption standards and their application in IP networking.
• Must have knowledge of VPN technologies, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IP Multicasting.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within groups.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Access.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN).
• Conveying technical designs to non-technical audiences and briefing government personnel.
