Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience
• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Hybrid Work Location: 1 day a week at Ft Huachuca, Sierra Vista, AZ. 4 days remote.
• Experience with DoWIN-Army or DoW enterprise networking environments
• Knowledge of enterprise routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, VRRP/HSRP)
• Experience with Army cybersecurity standards and platforms

Responsibilities

• Act as Alternate Network Team Lead
• Ensure stability, security, and efficient operation of Army enterprise network environments within the NETCOM GMT
• Provide advanced administration, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of critical network infrastructure
• Operate in a 24/7/365 mission environment and support continuous operations
• Lead high‑impact incident response activities and coordinate restoration efforts
• Maintain and secure boundary protection systems per DoW and Army standards
• Collaborate with mission partners such as DISA, RCCs, and RNECs/NECs
• Manage routers, firewalls, load balancers, and related network services
• Contribute to automation improvements and maintain technical documentation
