Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer – TS/SCI FSP to support a world-leading global technology organization in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The role requires 100% onsite work in a SCIF with an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities include managing large enterprise networks, supporting LAN/WAN routing and switching, and enforcing security across mission systems.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
5+ years of network engineering or administration in enterprise environments.
Strong routing and switching experience (EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN).
Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls (ASA or equivalent).
LAN/WAN architecture, network security, and enterprise connectivity expertise.
Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments; VMware is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot large-scale enterprise networks within a secure environment.
Support routing, switching, and network infrastructure projects across LAN/WAN.
Optimize network performance, availability, and security across mission systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on customer requests and implementations.
Provide advanced guidance on routing protocols, network segmentation, and secure connectivity.
Document network changes, configurations, and best practices.
