Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer – TS/SCI FSP to support a world leading global technology organization in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. This onsite role requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and 100% onsite work in a SCIF.

Responsibilities include managing enterprise networks, routing and switching, and securing mission systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in network engineering and Cisco firewall experience, with VMware knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Expertise in routing and switching (EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, SD‑WAN).
• Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and ASA/firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot large-scale enterprise networks in secure environments.
• Support routing, switching, and network infrastructure projects across LAN/WAN.
• Optimize network performance, availability, and security across mission systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on customer requests and implementations.
• Provide advanced guidance on routing protocols, network segmentation, and secure connectivity.
• Document network changes, configurations, and best practices.
