Job summary

Leidos in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Network Engineer with active TS/SCI and Poly. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, monitor LAN/WAN, and work with senior engineers to optimize performance and security across CONUS/OCONUS teams.

Ideal candidates have CCNA, strong OSI/TCP/IP knowledge, and hands-on Cisco scripting experience. A BS with 8+ years (or MS with 6+) is required; 50% travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's with 6+ years; Doctorate may reduce experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly is required to be considered.
• CCNA certification and solid OSI/TCP-IP understanding are required.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking, routing, switching, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network appliances (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor LAN/WAN and provide regular reporting.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer to optimize network performance and security.
