Job summary

Din Development Corporation in Quantico, VA is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, operate, and sustain secure enterprise networks and unified communications for sensitive government environments.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a TS clearance, CCNA/Network+ and ideally CCNP. You will lead complex troubleshooting, coordinate with Government and service providers, and mentor junior staff while driving network modernization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network engineering/operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• CCNA or Network+ required; CCNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, and maintain secure LAN/WAN and UC solutions.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Cisco switches/routers/firewalls.
• Configure Palo Alto or similar next-generation firewall services and policies.
• Monitor availability, performance, events, and security; lead incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot NIPR/SIPR/AFSCI connectivity; coordinate with providers.
• Support identity-based access, Zero Trust, and segmentation initiatives.
• Operate and maintain VTC and unified communications infrastructure.
• Execute USCYBERCOM/AFCYBER orders and network changes on schedule.
• Validate patches/configurations in test environments before production.
• Develop network diagrams, baselines, and change records.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and recommendations for modernization.
