Job summary

DNI/Creative IT Solutions provides all systems administration and network engineering support for the US Army's global email systems for DISA. This full-time role operates on a 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM shift, Tuesday through Saturday, and requires active Secret clearance and Security+ certification.

The contractor will install, configure, and maintain network offerings within a cloud tenant, develop SOPs and TTPs, monitor performance, produce QA and SLA reports, and ensure compliance with government

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network engineering experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Security+ certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer and maintain network offerings within a cloud tenant construct.
• Create SOPs and TTPs; ensure documents and reports are written and formatted properly.
• Monitor cloud tenant performance with cloud-based monitoring and alerting software.
• Participate in high level briefings for workload being supported and ensure adherence to government timelines.
• Deliver QA and SLA reports using government data and follow government processes for reporting.
