• Proficient in network configuration and troubleshooting methods and tools (e.g., Wireshark).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, manages, and optimizes network infrastructure for DHMS program.
• Collaborates with IT teams and stakeholders to develop policies and ensure compliance.
• Performs analysis and design of voice, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and management systems.
• Keeps up-to-date with network testing methods and tools such as Wireshark.
• Applies SDN architecture, network assessments, automated configurations, and documentation.
