ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior network engineer responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing network infrastructure within the DHMS program. The role requires strong knowledge of network principles and hands-on experience with equipment such as Cisco and Juniper, plus proficiency in Wireshark and SDN-related tasks.

Responsibilities include policy development with IT teams, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with DHMS IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-7 years of experience in network engineering/administration.
• Strong understanding of network principles and experience with network equipment (Cisco, Juniper).
• Proficient in network configuration and troubleshooting methods, processes, and tools (Wireshark).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Designs, implements, and optimizes network infrastructure within the DHMS program.
• Develop policies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure DHMS IT policy compliance.
• Designs voice, LAN, WAN, wireless networks and network management systems.
• Maintain knowledge of testing methods, tools like Wireshark.
• Apply SDN architecture, network assessments, and automated configurations.
