Job summary

In-Telecom is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – Networking to design, deploy, and maintain secure network infrastructure for multiple clients. You will own complex network projects end to end, resolve escalations, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced managed services environment.

Responsibilities include configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, while ensuring reliability, security, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Strong TCP/IP and routing protocol knowledge essential.
Hands-on experience with enterprise network platforms and firewalls.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure across client environments.
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN controllers, and access points.
Escalate and resolve complex network incidents and mentor junior engineers.
Monitor performance, reliability, and capacity; optimize for scalability.
Implement network security controls including VPNs and segmentation.
Automate routine tasks and create network documentation.
Lead assessments, migrations, and client onboarding projects.
Document diagrams and status reports accurately.
