Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc in Irving, TX is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to assist with installation, configuration, and management of our network infrastructure. You will support internal teams and external clients via phone, email, chat or in person, and collaborate with vendors.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise networks, experience with Cisco/F5/Juniper, network design and planning, and familiarity with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF. CCNP or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• :7+ years' experience managing enterprise networks (Cisco, F5, Juniper) preferred.
• item2: 2+ years in network design, planning, connectivity, migration, and support
• item3: Knowledge of common network protocols (TCP, UDP, STP, HSRP, BGP, OSPF)
• item4: Certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS, JNCIP) highly recommended
• item5: Experience in Retail, Fuel Operations, Supply Chain (industry domains)

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer issues within the client network
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for client network infrastructure
• Resolve incidents with end users and document actions in ticketing system
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to keep network operational
• Escalate issues when not resolved promptly
• Ensure enterprise cloud networks are architecturally sound and highly available
• Install and implement network hardware in data centers and offices
• Perform approved network changes with minimal business disruption
• Understand and perform network maintenance and system upgrades
• Develop and maintain accurate network documentation
• Monitor network performance, trending and capacity for LAN/WAN/WLAN/MAN
