Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer issues.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for network infrastructure.
• Resolve incidents with end users and document actions in ticketing system.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to keep the network operational.
• Escalate issues when not resolved promptly.
• Ensure enterprise cloud networks are highly available and sound.
