Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise network experience in switching, routing, WLAN, and TCP/IP.
• 2+ years configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet devices.
• 2+ years diagnosing network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• 2+ years of network security experience (firewalls, VPNs, access controls).
• 2+ years installing and supporting network infrastructure, including field deployment (racking and cabling).
• 2+ years maintaining network documentation and diagrams.
• 2+ years with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLANs) and high availability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support campus wired and wireless network infrastructure to ensure availability and performance.
• Perform field installation and deployment of network equipment (racking, stacking, cabling, testing).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents; escalate when needed; participate in on-call support.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, network diagrams, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure teams, vendors to support reliable services.
• Assist with security incident response related to networks (firewalls, VPNs).
