Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation seeks a Sr Network Engineer to support a mission-critical Enterprise Naval Network onsite in North Charleston, SC. You will deploy and sustain Cisco infrastructure, manage routing, switching, VPN, and enclave connectivity.

The role requires eight+ years in naval DoD networks, DoD clearance, and ability to travel up to 10%. This is a regular full-time on-site position with opportunities to contribute to cybersecurity alignment and engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years delivering naval or DoD network support.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at start; Top Secret eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong communication with government stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise network engineering and sustainment for DoD environments, focusing on Cisco infrastructure and Naval operations.
• Perform configuration analysis, change implementation, incident resolution, and modernization support across routing, switching, VPN, and enclave connectivity.
• Coordinate with government customers, cybersecurity teams, operations personnel, and engineering stakeholders.
