Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is seeking a Network Engineer on a 12-month contract in South Carolina to support daily network operations across campus environments with enterprise wired and wireless infrastructure.

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/Fortinet, routing protocols, and network security. On-site work and US residency are required, with ITIL practices and strong documentation expected.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with enterprise network technologies, including switching, routing, wireless networking, and TCP/IP protocols.
2+ years configuring Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet network devices.
2+ years diagnosing and resolving network connectivity, performance, and security-related issues.
2+ years with network security including firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and security best practices.
2+ years installing, configuring, and supporting network infrastructure equipment including racking, stacking, cabling, and testing.
2+ years maintaining technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational records.
2+ years with routing protocols and technologies including OSPF, BGP, VLANs, Spanning Tree, and HA.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise wired and wireless network infrastructure.
Configure, install, rack, stack, cable, and test network equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
Perform root-cause analysis using standard network troubleshooting methodologies and tools.
Maintain network availability, reliability, and performance.
Document networks and runbooks; collaborate with teams.
Support firewalls, VPNs, and security configurations.
