Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in network engineering.
• Knowledge of enterprise network design, security, and data center concepts.
• Experience with WAN, cloud-based infrastructure, and virtualization.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of intermediate network systems and scalability.
• Recommend resources and products for multisite connectivity environments.
• Support low-latency networks in high-traffic retail and omnichannel settings.
• Design and implement secure, scalable network architectures.
• Provide resolution of complex network problems and mentor staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation to handle outages and incidents.
