Qualifications
- Must reside in Chicagoland area with reliable transportation.
- 5+ years of professional network engineering or related experience.
- Experience with MSP, IT services provider, or multi-client IT environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, deploy, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall, switching, and routing environments.
- Provide remote and onsite network engineering support for clients throughout the Chicagoland area.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support for critical incidents and maintenance.
- Travel to client locations as required for hands-on troubleshooting and projects.
- Monitor client environments and troubleshoot complex network issues across multiple client environments.
