Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. in Lenexa, KS is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to partner with the Network Manager and Lead Network Engineer on rollouts, upgrades and infra changes.

You will analyze, design, install, configure and maintain complex network systems and data circuits while ensuring security and optimum performance. The role requires CCNP, 5–8 years of network engineering experience, and strong knowledge of BGP, EVPN, firewalling, and Azure networking.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Information Technology or equivalent.
• CCNP certification required.
• 5–8 years of Network Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, EVPN, firewalling and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Consult with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
• Manage complex network projects from start to finish including refresh and infra projects.
• Translate business requirements into network designs and solutions while collaborating with engineers.
• Provide Tier 2 escalation support and document troubleshooting procedures.
