Job summary

RRD is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to design, implement, and support complex enterprise networks in a fast-paced environment. You will configure LANs/WANs, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs while ensuring performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, capacity planning, and collaboration with vendors and IT teams. Knowledge of NetScaler, Palo Alto, and Cisco devices is essential, along with CCNA/CCNP certifications or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field with 5–7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and deploy company LANs/WANs and wireless networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems; recommend software/hardware changes.
• Provide network support for internal and external customers.
• Participate in client projects to upgrade network infrastructures.
• Document procedures and maintain network diagrams.
