Job summary

The Senior Network Engineer at RFA will design, implement, and support complex client networks and security architectures, leveraging Cisco and Palo Alto expertise. You will handle data center networking, VPNs, and firewalling while ensuring high-visibility service for elite clients.

Ideal candidates have extensive Cisco routing/switching experience, CCNP or equivalent, and MSP exposure within the financial services sector. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7–10 years of IT experience in a Cisco environment.
• 5+ years of network engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex network designs for client sites and upgrades with focus on Cisco.
• Assist in design, build and configuration of Global Network environments and document them.
• Implement and maintain L2/L3 designs, VLANs, VPNs, and security protocols.
• Provide Tier 3 support for network and data communications issues and third-party connections.
• Research networking issues and evaluate potential solutions with sound judgment.
