Job summary

KCI, LLC is seeking a Network Engineer III to join our operations team in a hands-on role focusing on provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of live networks in a high-availability environment.

The selected candidate will work with Juniper MX960, Cisco ASR 9000, and Cisco ME3400, executing changes per MOPs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime while strictly following established processes.

Qualifications

• Experience provisioning and supporting live network infrastructure.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in high-availability environments.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in changes.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex provisioning tasks on live network equipment using approved MOPs.
• Perform circuit grooming, card swaps, and software upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues quickly to minimize downtime and service impact.
• Configure, maintain, and support enterprise-level network infrastructure.
