Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, DNS, email, and VMs.
• Ability to build productive internal and external relationships.
• Judgment within procedures to determine action.
• Familiarity with CDNs and internet peering strategies.
• Understanding of server hardware for content delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for enterprise and data-centre networks.
• Diagnose and resolve network incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts.
• Perform approved network configurations, changes, upgrades.
• Maintain network documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Support incident, problem and change-management processes.
