Job summary

BlinkRx, the network-focused arm of Blink Health, seeks a Senior Network Engineer II to own and operate our hybrid network across offices and AWS. You will manage Meraki, Palo Alto firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and cloud connectivity while automating infrastructure with Terraform.

We value hands-on troubleshooting, an in-depth understanding of BGP/OSPF, and strong incident ownership. Collaboration with IT teams ensures secure, reliable connectivity for critical operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively senior network engineering experience with hands-on ownership of physical network infrastructure.
• 5+ years administering enterprise wireless and switching platforms, preferably Cisco Meraki, including dashboard operations.
• Hands-on Palo Alto firewall experience including security policy design, NAT, IPSec/SSL VPN, and centralized management.
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise network protocols: BGP, OSPF, STP, VLANs, IPSec, DNS, SNMP, DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain office, site, and distributed network infrastructure (Meraki, Palo Alto, Starlink, VPN).
• Design and deploy office/site networks with switching, routing, VLANs, wireless coverage, and secure remote connectivity.
• Tuning wireless deployments: RF planning, capacity modeling, channel optimization, roaming and interference troubleshooting.
• Configure and harden Palo Alto firewalls and VPN with security policies and centralized management.
• Troubleshoot Layer 1–Layer 7 issues with packet captures and diagnostic tools.
• Maintain monitoring/alerting via PRTG, Nagios, Grafana, New Relic, ThousandEyes.
• Serve as escalation point for production outages and drive post-incident improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
