Behr Paint Company is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our enterprise network. You will drive security, performance, and reliability across the organization while guiding modernization and automation initiatives. The role requires leadership in troubleshooting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will work on hybrid cloud networking (AWS/Azure), SD-WAN, and network automation using Python and Ansible, with on-site responsibilities at Behr’s Santa Ana HQ.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IT or related field.
• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco/Aruba networking environments and routing/switching.
• Advanced knowledge of security: VPNs, stateful inspection, zero-trust, Palo Alto firewalls.
• SD-WAN design/deployment using Aruba EdgeConnect.
• Network automation with Python and Ansible.
• Hybrid cloud networking across AWS and Azure.
