Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our enterprise network. This on-site role at the Santa Ana corporate headquarters emphasizes security, resiliency, and high performance across all locations.

You will mentor peers, lead modernization efforts, and drive automation using Python and Ansible, while supporting on-call rotations and occasional travel to project sites. A strong background in routing, switching, and SD-WAN is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise-level hardware and software systems and a thorough understanding of network operating systems, applications, and development tools.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on security, availability, and performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead modernization initiatives including automation and IaC.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and lead troubleshooting for critical network issues.
