You will support enterprise LAN/WAN and firewall operations, troubleshoot production issues, execute network changes, and document outcomes while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks.
• Hands-on firewall administration in production environments.
• CCNA certification or equivalent hands-on Cisco experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls including policy changes.
• Drive root-cause analysis for outages and performance issues.
• Execute network changes, upgrades, and hardware refreshes.
• Monitor network health and logs for risks and security issues.
• Document configurations, changes, and SOPs.
• Coordinate onsite network support and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and schedule maintenance.
