This role blends hands-on operations with architectural responsibilities, advancing automation, IaC using Terraform and Git, and guiding junior engineers while aligning with security standards.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience with Aruba/Cisco, cloud networking in AWS/Azure, and strong scripting for network automation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise networking hands-on experience.
• Experience with Aruba and Cisco LAN/WAN/wireless.
• Knowledge of BGP/OSPF and VLANs/STP/QoS.
• Experience with AWS/Azure networking and cloud connectivity.
• Scripting for network automation (e.g., Python).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting across global offices.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis with minimal supervision.
• Design network solutions for LAN/WAN/wireless and hybrid cloud.
• Develop IaC with Terraform and automate network tasks.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
