Job summary

LIGHTERA seeks a hands-on Senior Network Engineer to support global enterprise networks including LAN, WAN, and wireless across offices, manufacturing sites, data centers, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include modernization, Zero Trust/SASE adoption, and IT/OT segmentation.

The role requires 10+ years of enterprise networking, Fortinet and Juniper experience, and strong collaboration across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
10+ years of enterprise network engineering with global multi-site exposure.
Senior networking certs (e.g., JNCIS/CCNP) preferred; other certs acceptable.

Responsibilities

Support and upgrade enterprise LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructure globally.
Implement SASE/Zero Trust policies, firewall rules, and secure access controls.
Lead IT/OT segmentation projects and maintain network runbooks.
Document standards, participate in DR planning, and ensure changes follow change control.
