Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association in Oregon seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise network infrastructure across multi-site corporate, manufacturing, and retail environments. You will lead complex projects, ensure high availability, align with security standards, and collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams while mentoring staff.

This on-site role may include on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on network engineering experience; 8–10 years preferred.
• Design, configure, implement, troubleshoot, and support enterprise networks with high availability.
• Experience with Cisco and HPE Aruba networking, routing, switching, wireless, WAN, firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, IPAM.
• Security certifications like CISSP are a plus.
• Experience with OT/ICS networks and PCI/ISO/manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Maintain architecture standards, configurations, documentation, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Lead problem resolution, root cause analysis, incident response, and production-impacting events.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure compliant, secure solutions.
• Lead projects: upgrades, expansions, migrations, and technology integrations.
• Leverage automation and scripting to improve efficiency and reliability.
