Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and sustain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites including corporate, manufacturing and retail operations.

The role requires advanced hands‑on expertise, strong documentation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available networks. OT/ICS and PCI/SOX experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on network engineering experience.
• Experience with Cisco and HPE Aruba networking, routing, switching, wireless, WAN.
• Strong familiarity with BGP/OSPF/SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, IPAM.
• Security certifications such as CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis for production‑impacting events.
• Develop architecture standards, configurations, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, operations, and application teams on secure network solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across multiple locations.
