Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support our enterprise network across LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud in a multi-site environment including manufacturing/OT. The role demands advanced hands-on expertise, strong documentation, and the ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable network solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years hands-on network engineering experience.
Experience with Cisco and HPE Aruba networking, routing, switching, wireless, WAN including BGP/OSPF/SD-WAN.
Security certifications such as CISSP or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Maintain high availability for corporate, manufacturing, and retail networks across multiple sites.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident response for production-impacting events.
Develop standards, configurations, and disaster recovery capabilities for long-term reliability.
Collaborate with cyber, infra, ops, and apps teams to ensure secure, compliant network solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and provide knowledge sharing across locations.
