Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise routing, switching, LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Monitor network health, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage firewalls, network segmentation, remote access, and security controls.
• Support cloud and hybrid connectivity while coordinating security updates and vulnerability remediation.
• Execute network changes through structured change management and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, telecom providers, and internal IT teams to support operations and infrastructure needs.
• Communicate system impacts, risks, and operational status to leadership.
