Job summary

The Senior Network Engineer at Tillamook County Creamery Association is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating our enterprise network spanning corporate, manufacturing, and retail locations. You will ensure secure, scalable, and highly available connectivity across LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud environments.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with hands-on Cisco/HPE Aruba experience and strong documentation discipline.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in hands-on network engineering; 8-10 years preferred.
Experience designing, configuring, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise networks with high availability.
Experience with Cisco and HPE Aruba networking, routing, switching, wireless, WAN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, and hybrid environments for corporate, manufacturing, and retail operations.
Develop and maintain network architecture standards, configurations, documentation, and disaster recovery capabilities.
Administer and optimize networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking, and security protocols.
Serve as senior escalation point for complex network issues, lead troubleshooting and incident response.
Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; drive continuous improvement of reliability and service delivery.
Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, and applications teams to ensure secure solutions and regulatory compliance.
Lead infrastructure projects: upgrades, expansions, migrations, modernization, and new tech integration.
Utilize automation and IaC to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery and performance.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across locations.
Perform onsite support and after-hours activities as required.
