Job summary
RCG, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to oversee cloud infrastructure and Zero Trust security for a federal government client. This fully remote role supports mission-critical operations, requiring strong expertise in Cloudflare, network security, and multi-cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise networking, hands-on Cisco ASA experience, NAC, and strong problem-solving skills. U.S.
Qualifications
- US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 8+ years enterprise network engineering experience.
- Experience administering routers, switches, and firewalls; Cloudflare and Zero Trust tech.
- Experience with Cisco ASA and lifecycle management of network devices.
- Proficient in NAC and enterprise network monitoring tools; cloud networking in AWS/Azure/GCP.
Responsibilities
- Manage and secure enterprise network infrastructure and cloud networking environments.
- Administer Cloudflare environment and Zero Trust networking solutions.
- Configure routers, switches, firewalls; perform firmware upgrades.
- Manage VPCs, VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing tables, and firewall policies across AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and support incident response; prepare documentation.
