Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to join the Plex Cloud Operations team. You will design, implement, and operate networking across private datacenters and Azure, emphasizing automation and infrastructure as code to secure and scale solutions.

You will collaborate with Security to maintain data access controls, participate in monthly maintenance windows, and support on-call rotations. A 5% bonus target accompanies a base salary range for this role in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate networking infrastructure across private datacenters and public cloud (primarily Azure).
• Provide network and remote connectivity support for internal and external customers.
• Design, manage, and troubleshoot BGP, multi-homed circuits, DCI, and SD-WAN across regions.
• Perform root cause investigations and contribute to documentation.
• Maintain NGFW rule base for least privilege across zones.
