Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to support Plex Cloud Operations, focusing on designing, implementing, and operating networking infrastructure across private datacenters and Azure.

You will leverage automation, infrastructure as code, and GitOps tooling to scale and secure our product. The role covers on-call rotations, monthly maintenance, and collaboration with security teams to maintain data security and access control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate networking infrastructure across private datacenters and public cloud environments (primarily Azure).
• Provide network and remote connectivity hardware/software support for internal and external customers.
• Design, manage, and troubleshoot ISP circuits, multi-homed BGP architectures, DCIs, and SD-WAN across regions.
• Perform root cause investigations and contribute to process/procedure documentation.
• Maintain and expand NGFW rule base for least-privilege access across zones.
